He spent over an hour with me on the phone, he never made me feel rushed or pressured.. Explaining everything in detail, answering all of my questions, very patient & genuine. Extremely informative. I could not recommend them more! Oh, and by the way, I'm gonna be saving over $200 a month on my home and auto. Win-Win all around for me! Definitely take the time, and at least talk to them.You might be surprised-I sure was & couldn't be happier from the overall experience!"

"After doing a lot of research to find the lowest rate for full coverage auto insurance for my new EV, I decided on State Farm and Lindsay Sapanaros team. Her office provided the lowest rate full coverage I could find anywhere online. They even beat the rate my previous coverage through my existing military insurance could offer which was a big surprise. After a year with State Farm, the rate was going to go up by a little over ten percent. However once I bundled my home insurance with my auto insurance, this brought down the rate to just $1 more than I was paying for the previous years’ monthly rate. So I bundled and saved that ten percent. Lindsay and her team of agents have been professional every step of the way and during every conversation and the messages we’ve sent to each other. They are also quick to respond and happy to help with my questions and follow up questions. I find their customer service approach to be what is lacking with countless other companies. If you’re looking for an insurance agent / team who will do their best to find you the best coverage for the lowest rate, I’d recommend Lindsay Sapanaro and her State Farm office. This is the first time in years I’ve stayed beyond the one year point with insurance companies due to the always rising rates. Her office worked with me to make that happen. It’s why I’m still with them and why I’m writing this review."
